ELECTRONIC COMMERCE CONSENT

 


Within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, I hereby give my consent to FİDAN KAPLAMA AĞAÇ MAMÜLLERİ TEKSTİL SAN. TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. (“myfidan”) to carry out commercial communication activities towards me via the communication channels I select, for the purposes of presenting general or personalized campaigns, advantages, product and service promotions, surveys, customer satisfaction practices, promotions, advertisements, informational messages and marketing activities, as detailed in the information notice which I can access at any time from myfidan stores, via https://www.myfidan.com/ and through the call center.


I also consent to receiving invitations regarding campaigns, contests, sweepstakes, events and other activities, and to the processing of my personal data for these purposes.

ii) Request information if your personal data have been processed,

iv) Know the third parties to whom your personal data are transferred, within Türkiye or abroad,

v) Request the correction of your personal data if they are incomplete or inaccurate,

vi) Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions set forth in the LPPD,

vii) Request that third parties to whom your personal data have been transferred be informed of the correction, deletion or destruction of such data,

viii) Object to a result arising against you due to the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems,

ix) Request compensation if you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.


You may submit your requests to exercise these rights in writing or, if the Personal Data Protection Board determines another method, in accordance with that method.
