RETURNS, CANCELLATION AND DELIVERY TERMS
As myfidan, we hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you wish to return our products, you may receive a 100% refund. Please read the return conditions below carefully in order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
If the product you purchased meets the return conditions, it will be sufficient to complete the return form on the back of your invoice and send it to us together with the products.
1. I WANT TO RETURN THE PRODUCT I PURCHASED – WHAT CAN I RETURN?
You may return products whose tags, original box/packaging, tape, seal, package or other protective elements are intact and which, for this reason, have not lost their “resaleable” condition. Campaign/discounted products and products with gifts are also subject to these same conditions.
The invoice of the product you wish to return must be sent to us together with the product.
Used, washed or damaged products, or products whose packaging has been damaged, will not be accepted.
Even if unused, cosmetic products, underwear and any kind of personal care products cannot be returned once they have been removed from their original packaging.
2. HOW CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCTS I PURCHASED?
First, please make sure that the products you wish to return meet the return conditions. If they do, you may return your product(s) within 14 (fourteen) days as of the delivery date.
For pre-paid products, provided that the product meets the return conditions, it may be returned within 14 (fourteen) days as of the delivery date.
To benefit from free returns, you must send the product via Yurtiçi Kargo.
If you choose to send your return with a different cargo company than our contracted company, the shipping cost will be borne by you (the customer).
For free return shipping with Yurtiçi Kargo, it is sufficient to provide our customer code 486484240 and also state 486484240 as the return code.
Indicating the reason for return on the invoice, and sending it signed together with the product, is important to speed up the process.

Once the products you have sent in line with the above information reach us, and provided that they comply with the return conditions stated above, your return will be approved. When your refund is notified to your bank, you will be informed via the phone number or e-mail address registered in your membership details.
Refund times may vary depending on banks’ internal processes and delays may occur. We kindly ask you to follow this process directly with your bank.
3. CAN I MODIFY THE CONTENTS OF MY ORDER OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
No changes can be made to the contents of approved orders. After the product has been delivered to you, you may start the return procedure. Alternatively, you may cancel your order and place a new one.
For pre-paid orders, the customer may cancel the products ordered any time before delivery of the order.
An order may only be cancelled before it is handed over to the cargo company. If your order has not yet been shipped, you can send your cancellation request via e-mail to myfidan@myfidan.com, or contact our support line at +90 532 483 75 70 during weekday working hours.
Orders that have already been handed over to the cargo company cannot be cancelled. After the product has reached you, you may initiate the return procedure within 14 days.
Once your cancellation request is approved, the payment for your order will be refunded using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase. Refund times may vary due to banks’ internal processes and delays may occur. We kindly ask you to follow these processes directly with your bank.
For purchases made in instalments, refunds will be processed in instalments as per the relevant bank procedures.
4. DELIVERY CONDITIONS
myfidan does not operate on weekends or public holidays.
If your cargo is shipped from Istanbul, it will reach us in at least 1 (one) business day; if it is shipped from other cities in Türkiye, it will reach us in at least 2 (two) business days.
Once your return has arrived and, provided that it complies with the return conditions, the evaluation and refund process may take up to 7 (seven) business days.
For pre-paid products, the delivery period is 20 (twenty) business days.
By placing an order for pre-paid products, the customer is deemed to have accepted this 20-business-day delivery period and may not make any additional claims against the Company arising from this period.
In the event of delays in the refund process due to reasons attributable to third parties such as banks, myfidan cannot be held liable for such delays.
