Delivery Terms

  • Your order will be delivered to you within 7 working days. This period may be extended to 10 working days for collection products.
  • You can check your orders from the "My Orders" tab under the "My Account" section.
  • After your order is delivered to the shipping company, you can learn where your order is from the "Where is my cargo?" link in the "My Orders" tab.
  • When your order is on its way to the delivery address, you will be informed by MyFidan via e-mail.
  • Orders placed by wire transfer become valid on the date your transfer is deposited in our accounts. MyFidan is not responsible for products that are out of stock within this period.
  • If your order is in the status "Your order has been received", you can change your shipping address. To change your new address, you can contact +90 532 483 75 70 phone number via WhatsApp App.
  • We cannot change the address for your order if your order is in "Your Order Has Been Shipped" phase. You can change your address by contacting PTT Kargo.
  • If you are not at your address at the time delivery, the courier company leaves a note stating that you can pick up your package from the nearest branch. If you do not receive your package from the branch within 3 days, your order will be returned to
  • Your orders are delivered to the address you give to PTT Kargo.
  • Courier services do not deliver on public holidays.
  • Your order is sent to the delivery address you have specified during PTT Kargo working hours (weekdays and Saturdays) between 09:00 and 18:00.
