- I Want to Get Information About My Return Process:

In the sales made through our online store (with distance contracts), our customers have the right to reject the products and return them within 14 days from the date of receipt, without taking any legal responsibility and giving any reason. There is a security label on the products. If this label is removed, the products cannot be returned or changed.

- How many days after you receive the returned product will my money be deposited in my account?

After your returned products reach us, your products are inspected following the acceptance process. Your return amount will be paid to you within 3 working days after we receive your returned products. Your money will be refunded according to the payment method you used when ordering on our site. Since the returns are made by automatic systems, the refund is also made according to the payment type of the order in the system. If the installment payment method is used in the orders, the refund is paid as installments, and if the cash payment method is used, the refund is paid back to the card in cash.

- What are the conditions that I should pay attention to in product and accessory returns?

A security label is attached to the product before the products are being shipped. If this label is removed, no refund or change can be made. In order to return or change accessories (Necklace, Earrings, Bracelets, Shawls, Headbands, Gloves, Shoes, Berets, Socks, Belts, Rings) and bags, you must return the products via PTT Kargo within 14 days from the day of receipt. Otherwise, no change or refund can be made due to product safety.

- Which courier service will I use to return the product?

You can send the product to the return address for free via PTT Kargo.




Your order will be delivered to you within 7 working days. This period may be extended to 10 working days for collection products.

You can check your orders from the "My Orders" tab under the "My Account" section.

After your order is delivered to the shipping company, you can learn where your order is from the "Where is my cargo?" link in the "My Orders" tab.

When your order is on its way to the delivery address, you will be informed by MyFidan via e-mail.

Orders placed by wire transfer become valid on the date your transfer is deposited in our accounts. MyFidan is not responsible for products that are out of stock within this period.

If your order is in the status "Your order has been received", you can change your shipping address. To change your new address, you can contact +90 532 483 75 70 phone number via WhatsApp App.

We cannot change the address for your order if your order is in "Your Order Has Been Shipped" phase. You can change your address by contacting PTT Kargo.

If you are not at your address at the time delivery, the courier company leaves a note stating that you can pick up your package from the nearest branch. If you do not receive your package from the branch within 3 days, your order will be returned to myfidan.com.

Your orders are delivered to the address you give to PTT Kargo.

Courier services do not deliver on public holidays.

Your order is sent to the delivery address you have specified during PTT Kargo working hours (weekdays and Saturdays) between 09:00 and 18:00.
